Architectural design project for a 21-room, three-star hotel located opposite Mall of Istanbul, developed to provide a contemporary and efficient hospitality environment within a rapidly growing commercial district. The project includes the complete architectural design of guest rooms, public spaces, service areas, and circulation systems, with a focus on functional planning, operational efficiency, and compliance with current building regulations. The design integrates a modern architectural language with durable material selections, optimized spatial organization, and sustainable design principles to create a comfortable, efficient, and visually distinctive hotel experience.
